A calm, honest evaluation.
Skills evaluation
Hitting, fielding, throwing, and a short live at-bat. Coaches focus on coachability and effort as much as skill.
Family conversation
We meet with each family to make sure Forge Valor is the right fit — this is a faith-forward program.
Honest feedback
Every athlete leaves with feedback. Offers are made by age group and roster need within seven days.
